KplusA was founded in 2021 by Kevin Arenja with initial projects — with The goal is to make events more strategic, emotional and measurable. Important customer projects followed in 2022, such as the anniversary for di-soric and partnerships with agencies as subcontractors. In 2023, the team grew to six people. With over 50 events a year and the Focus on conception, consulting and event management Our reputation as an agency with strong implementation skills has been consolidated. In 2024, there were already over 60 projects, and in 2025 we are working with DAX companies, market leaders such as Transfermarkt and BVFI. Today we count around 70 projects per year, are Training company and strategic event partner for leading companies.

We take care of the entire operational execution – from finding a venue, selecting and coordinating all service providers, to ticketing, advertising materials, setup and dismantling, as well as support on the day of the event. How does the communication work?
When working together, we usually meet in person two to three times: for example to visit the location, for a strategy workshop and, of course, on the day of the event.
The rest of the coordination takes place efficiently and flexibly online — via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
At the start of the project, you get access to a shared project folder and are added to an email mailing list or a WhatsApp group with your project manager. Depending on your needs, we will inform you about the current status on a weekly basis or every two weeks in a 30 to 60 minute update call.
Does KplusA also organize international events?
Yes, we've already organized events in over 45 European cities, including Lisbon, Mallorca, Rome and Amsterdam.
How do your events refinance themselves?
For sales-oriented events, we develop individual refinancing concepts tailored to your brand, your goals and your target group. Possible sources of income include ticket sales, sponsorship, exhibitor contributions or funding. We will discuss which options make sense for your event during a personal concept meeting.
How does the planning process for an event work?
Our event projects are divided into four central phases:
- Conception — development of a tailor-made event concept based on your goals and target groups
- Organization & planning — structured preparation with service provider coordination, process and schedule planning
- On-site implementation— support on the day of the event including set-up and dismantling, direction and live coordination
- Follow-up & evaluation — analysis of results, feedback and budget as well as post-processing of event content
What happens if the event has to be cancelled?
We work with clearly defined cancellation conditions, both internally and with all our service partners. In this way, it is always transparent which options exist, such as postponement or cancellation.
Thanks to our structured planning and experience, we find suitable solutions even in such cases to provide participants with professional information and avoid unnecessary costs or displeasure.
