Our task
We were tasked with designing and implementing the first major live event for Ex-CEO Dr. Michael Stoermer with a clear goal in mind: to make the Ex-CEO brand not only visible, but also tangible. As a strategic partner, we supported the team from the initial idea to the operational implementation. In addition to content and technical planning, we also took care of directing, tech control, and the entire on-site participant management so that the focus could be fully on the impact of the format.
Result
The Leadership Excellence Day established a credible brand appearance, served as a high-profile launch event, and proved to be an effective customer acquisition tool. As a former CEO, Dr. Michael Stoermer was able to position himself strongly in front of decision-makers from relevant industries and generate initial concrete leads directly from the event. It is clear that this event was not just a one-day seminar, but the starting point for sustainable growth. We are therefore planning to hold follow-up events together in 2026.
