Our task
Our task was to design a high-profile conference for around 100 participants, which would bring together donors (existing customers). We have now successfully organized the event for the second time in collaboration with our client Sascha Drache from Ratgeber Stiftung. We took care of the planning and organization of the events in advance, while ensuring that everything ran smoothly on site - from set-up and coordination of all trades to attending to the participants.
Result
The event series is an ideal platform for exchanging ideas, discussing legislative changes, and sharing expertise on all aspects of foundations. A particular highlight is the honoring of founders. The conferences left a lasting impression and laid the groundwork for future collaborations with Ratgeber Stiftung and Sascha Drache, such as the tax consulting congress and various trade fair appearances.
The nice thing is that when you work with Kevin, there are no more surprises. He goes through a checklist with items that you would never have thought of yourself. That is what distinguishes a good event manager: he thinks of everything. Kevin promised me that I wouldn’t have to do anything myself at his event - I would just have to be there and that’s it. And that was exactly how it was. We have now worked through five events with KPlusA. Very, very good job!
