Our task
We strategically analyzed and optimized existing employee events for our client. The goal was to refine the events so that they not only increased employee motivation but also strengthened employer branding in the long term. In our consultation, we identified potential, developed creative, out-of-the-box concepts, and supported their implementation in the form of a mobile exhibition stand in Castrop-Rauxel and Herne. During the events, we took care of on-site support and ensured that everything ran smoothly.
