Showroom conception & showroom opening event

Kito Crosby moved into a new office and wanted to make the most of the large entrance area. So we developed an innovative concept: the space was transformed into an exclusive showroom that is used for product presentations and demonstrations during the sales process. The showroom enables Kito Crosby to reduce trade fair visits and external exhibitions and instead hold more in-house events – with clear advantages: lower costs, greater exclusivity, and a targeted focus on the product diversity in the showroom.

For Kito Crosby's new showroom and its success, we not only handled the concept development, but also brought in the right partners for construction and design to create the perfect space. The showroom was successfully inaugurated with the opening ceremony we planned, which was attended by the global heads and around 120 people. The response was overwhelming — the event strengthened Kito Crosby's position in the market. Today, customer visits and other events are regularly held in the showroom, providing significant support for the sales process.
