From Frankfurt to CERN on the ICE Club Train: when science becomes an experience

With in the framework of the Smart Rebel Convention, we had the opportunity to realize one of the most extra ordinary formats of the year: a traveling club on an ICE train on its way to the world-famous CERN in Geneva. The aim was to inspire young people to take an interest in science through music, encounters, and story telling, and to raise the profile of Deutsche Bahn as a progressive, courageous brand partner. The ICE Club Train marked the official start of the Smart Rebel Convention, a series of events with further activities in Frankfurt, which we also supported strategically and operationally. From program planning, participant and trade management to smooth travel management and logistics control of the event material, we provided support in all areas.

The ICE Club Train became a symbol of progress, movement, and creative science communication. Between live DJ sets, talks, and international guests, science was communicated on an equal footing. The visit to CERN, including exchanges with researchers at the particle accelerator, cemented the experience in the minds of participants. And Deutsche Bahn? They were perceived not only as a transport provider, but as a true enabler. A project that proved that combining emotion and insight moves people and mindsets.
